Buyer guidance for preparing a container enquiry. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed separately for each offer.
Describe the required product
State the sugar type, preferred origin and intended business use. Attach your buying specification if you have one, including the required grade and quality criteria. If a specification is not yet defined, flag it for discussion instead of treating it as agreed.
Specify packing and container quantity
Record the preferred bag weight and material, marking requirements and number of containers. Include the destination country and port and your requested timing. These are buying requirements for review; they do not confirm that a particular packing or shipment schedule is available.
Review the proposed specification
Compare the resulting offer with your original specification, including any documents or sample arrangements requested. Ask for written clarification of differences before accepting. Review the offer’s quantity, payment terms, trade term and validity separately from the general product description.
